Leap Ah-Ha
Coaching is for every person who wants their lives to be
different (in a good way)!
The "something different" might be a career change, pain relief, happiness,
improved health, or relationship enhancement. Any of these
examples can be considered life leaps.
At Leap Ah-Ha Coaching, we help you to be more comfortable in
your body and in your life through the leaping process. We
offer a variety of services under the heading of Personal
Wellness Coaching. Our specialty is
helping you to be more clear on what you want in your life and to
assist you in eliminating the barriers to having it.

As the founder of Leap Ah-Ha Coaching, I look forward to work each day. It is such a pleasure to enjoy what I am doing
in my life and to know that I am helping people find similar
joy and comfort in their own lives.
Two of my passions have always been learning and teaching.
From the time I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted to
make a difference in people's lives. First, it was through
cooking and serving food, then it was through diet counseling
and massage. Each step along the way, I gathered more
information...practicing my skills and paying attention to
patterns. As I became proficient in each level of my
education, I found myself integrating all of the knowledge I
had previously acquired. The large database of knowledge that
I now draw from allows me to work with my clients in ways that
uniquely suit their individual needs and aspirations.
Everyday I find myself learning and growing even more.
