You can expect to begin
feeling better within your first session.
Many
people want to know how long they should continue with their
visits to Leap Ah-Ha. The best answer we can give is based on
what we have seen from our clients. We know that most people
require a minimum of 4 sessions to help them feel completely
better. Usually by the 3rd and 4th sessions we have also had
the opportunity to begin teaching them how to maintain their
new state of wellness on their own.
Frequently, clients prefer to continue with additional
sessions after their fourth visit because they enjoy the
learning and find that it is very helpful for achieving and
maintaining the state of wellness they are seeking.
Their competency in using their new skills with more complex
issues is enhanced and they recognize Leap Ah-Ha as part of
their personal health maintenance program.
